2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1. Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging.

2.2. Condition:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered with.

2.3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as underwear or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

3.2. Return Authorization:

  • Upon receiving your request, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3.3. Packaging and Shipping:

  • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Affix the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

3.4. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Inspection:

  • Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

4.2. Refund or Exchange:

  • If the items pass inspection, you will have the option to receive a refund for the purchase price or exchange the items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

4.3. Refund Timing:

  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

5. Cancellation policy

The expected period for reporting an item, goods, or services ordered to be canceled/replaced and the related conditions:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours.

Refund for Cancellation:

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Conditions for Cancellation & Replacement:

  • Cancellation will be allowed within the specified time frame of 24 hours.
  • Replacement will be allowed for orders falling under the acceptable reasons for return mentioned above.
